Most People Miss This

We want to be very straightforward with The Flyover readers.

In the final days of an investment round, almost everyone is paying attention—but very few people are still able to act.

Just days ago, we announced there are 10 days left to invest in The Flyover. Today, that window is even smaller.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, we are now in the final allocation phase of this round.

This is the part most people miss.

Not because they don’t believe in the company.
Not because they don’t support the mission.
But because they assume there will be more time.

There won’t be.

Once the remaining shares are allocated, this round closes—regardless of the calendar.
No extensions.
No reopening.
No second chance.

What makes this moment different isn’t persuasion—it’s availability.

The Flyover is already what most media startups never become:

  • Profitable
  • Growing rapidly
  • Trusted by millions of readers and viewers
  • Built without corporate sponsorship or political donors

That part isn’t theoretical. It’s already true.

What is still optional—for a very short time—is whether you are an owner as the next phase of growth happens.

We are actively expanding:

  • Into more states
  • Into deeper audio and video
  • Into products like texting and The Flyover app
  • Into a larger, more durable media company built for the long term

Those plans are being funded right now.

The only remaining question is who is still able to participate before this round closes.

If you’ve been waiting for a clearer signal—this is it.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, this is the final allocation window.

Once they’re gone, there are no more shares in this offering.

More than 100,000 households in north Georgia lost power Sunday as crews worked to restore service after a storm coated the area with freezing rain and sleet.

State officials urged residents in the affected areas to stay off roads, with refreezing expected overnight. Many school districts and offices announced plans to stay closed today.

In other areas of the state, thunderstorms brought strong wind gusts, and below-normal cold was expected to linger through the week.

Airports around the state reported cancellations and delays due to the adverse weather in Georgia and other states, with more than 1,000 flights canceled out of Atlanta.

Article Icon 1 Senate Panel: Release Full Voter Information

A state Senate panel advanced a resolution urging Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to turn over unredacted voter registration lists to the Justice Department.

The unredacted lists would show Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and other information. Georgia is one of nearly two dozen states the Justice Department has sued for the information.

The Senate panel's vote highlighted GOP senators' split with Raffensperger, a fellow Republican running for governor against GOP Lt. Gov. Burt Jones and others.

Meanwhile, a federal judge on Friday cited a technicality in dismissing a Justice Department lawsuit over the lists, saying the case should have been filed in Atlanta and not Macon.

Article Icon 1Macon Wants More Historic Tax Credits

Macon leaders called for Georgia lawmakers to increase historic rehabilitation tax credits to aid the city's downtown revitalization efforts.

Many of the projects add residential units by developing upper floors of historic buildings, and House Bill 376 would raise the statewide cap.

Macon-Bibb County leaders unanimously approved a resolution urging the local legislative delegation to support expansion.

Supporters point to a 2019 Georgia Tech study that found the tax credits generate about $1.50 in economic returns for every dollar awarded.
