Most People Miss This

We want to be very straightforward with The Flyover readers.

In the final days of an investment round, almost everyone is paying attention—but very few people are still able to act.

Just days ago, we announced there are 10 days left to invest in The Flyover. Today, that window is even smaller.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, we are now in the final allocation phase of this round.

This is the part most people miss.

Not because they don't believe in the company.
Not because they don't support the mission.
But because they assume there will be more time.

There won't be.

Once the remaining shares are allocated, this round closes—regardless of the calendar.
No extensions.
No reopening.
No second chance.

What makes this moment different isn't persuasion—it's availability.

The Flyover is already what most media startups never become:

  • Profitable
  • Growing rapidly
  • Trusted by millions of readers and viewers
  • Built without corporate sponsorship or political donors

That part isn't theoretical. It's already true.

What is still optional—for a very short time—is whether you are an owner as the next phase of growth happens.

We are actively expanding:

  • Into more states
  • Into deeper audio and video
  • Into products like texting and The Flyover app
  • Into a larger, more durable media company built for the long term

Those plans are being funded right now.

The only remaining question is who is still able to participate before this round closes.

If you've been waiting for a clearer signal—this is it.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, this is the final allocation window.

Once they're gone, there are no more shares in this offering.

A group of police leaders and state lawmakers called for state Attorney General Kris Mayes to resign after she suggested ways the public could justify assaults on immigration agents.

Joe Clure, executive director of the Arizona Police Association, called the remarks "reckless, irresponsible, and dangerous." State Senate Majority Leader John Kavanagh said Mayes "needs to resign in disgrace."

Last week, Mayes said in a media interview that the state's Stand Your Ground law permits a person to use lethal force against masked and unidentified agents if they believe their lives are in danger. Asked to clarify, she said she was not advocating such action.

On Friday, the police liaison for Mayes' office resigned, but it was not immediately known if the resignation was in protest over Mayes' comments.

Article Icon 1 Storms Elsewhere Disrupt Travel

At least 150 weekend flights were canceled and dozens more were delayed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport as winter storms battered parts of the country.

Many of the cancellations were to major U.S. hubs in the east and south, with flights on Southwest and American Airlines among the most impacted locally.

Travelers were advised to check flight statuses and contact airlines for refunds or rebooking options.

Nationally, the storms caused more than 14,000 flight cancellations over the weekend, including nearly 10,000 on Sunday.

Gov. Katie Hobbs will join six other Western governors in Washington, D.C. to negotiate Colorado River water allocations ahead of a Feb. 14 deadline.

U.S. Interior Secretary Doug Burgum will lead the meeting, with federal officials prepared to step in and enforce a deal if the states cannot reach a consensus.

Arizona negotiator Tom Buschatzke says the stalled talks come as Lower Basin states have already absorbed major cuts while Upper Basin states resist meaningful reductions.

Record-low snowpack in the Rockies has heightened concerns as the Colorado River's reservoirs are already at low levels.
