The Flyover Funding Round is Closing

We want to share this with Flyover readers directly.

Our current investment round is closing next month, and we believe it will fill. More than 60% is already subscribed, and once it's closed, this opportunity will be gone.

That's why we are making a strong end-of-year push, because we'd love to welcome as many Flyover reader-owners as possible before the end of 2025.

An End-of-Year Bonus for Readers

To make that easier, we're extending our bonus shares through the New Year:

  • +10% End-of-Year Bonus Shares
  • +5% Reader Bonus Shares
→ 15% total bonus shares, with additional bonuses available for larger investments

This bonus is available only while shares remain and is part of this year-end push.

What Early Investors Have Already Made Possible

Reader-owners have helped The Flyover truly take off in 2025:

  • Over $3.1 million invested
  • More than 2,100 investors
  • Reader growth from ~1.5M to 3.6M+ in one year
  • 73% year-over-year revenue growth
  • 88% year-over-year gross profit growth
  • Podcast launched from zero to nearly 500,000 monthly views and listens

That growth wasn't accidental. It came from readers stepping up and backing a different kind of media company.

Why This Matters

Legacy media is losing trust, audience, and relevance—doubling down on bias, spin, and click-driven outrage.

The Flyover is doing the opposite.

In 2025, we put legacy media on notice—by creating one of the fastest-growing fact-first, common-sense news sources in America for those who are tired of being lectured to and manipulated.

If you believe news should inform, not inflame...

If The Flyover has become part of your daily routine...

If you want to help build the alternative millions are looking for...

Today is your opportunity to become an owner before the end of the year and before this round closes next month.

Xcel Energy worked to restore power to nearly 90,000 customers over the weekend after back-to-back windstorms battered the Front Range.

Damage reports—including uprooted trees, toppled power lines, blocked highways, and roof damage—poured in across Boulder County, where wind gusts reached 112 mph.

The hurricane-force winds led to extreme fire danger Friday, prompting weather officials to declare a Particularly Dangerous Situation for the first time in Colorado. Multiple small fires, some sparked by damaged or re-energized power lines, were quickly extinguished in the foothills.

As of 4:30 p.m. Sunday, about 6,500 Xcel customers statewide were still without power. Gov. Jared Polis called for greater transparency from the utility and said he would address his concerns with Xcel.

State Sen. Faith Winter had a blood alcohol content of 0.185%, more than twice the legal limit, when she died in a multi-vehicle crash on Nov. 26, according to the Arapahoe County Coroner's Office.

Winter rear-ended a stopped truck on Interstate 25 and died at the scene, the report said. The sheriff's office determined she was at fault for the crash, which injured one other person.

Winter, a Broomfield Democrat, stepped away from legislative work in 2024 to seek medical treatment for alcoholism, a decision made after she appeared to be intoxicated at a public meeting.

At a funeral service, Winter was remembered as a fierce advocate for Coloradans and a loving mother of her two children. A vacancy committee will meet next week to determine who serves out her term.

The odds of snow on Christmas are slim in Denver, where forecasts call for clear skies and a high of 65 amid what could be the warmest December in city history.

Though a white Christmas is also unlikely on the Western Slope, scattered rain may bring a wet Christmas to some areas. Early morning temperatures may be just cold enough for brief, melting snow.

The high country, which saw light snow Saturday, has the best chance to see snow on the ground Christmas morning, with snow chances increasing late Christmas Eve.

Here's a map showing white Christmas probabilities nationwide.
