The Flyover Funding Round is Closing

We want to share this with Flyover readers directly.

Our current investment round is closing next month, and we believe it will fill. More than 60% is already subscribed, and once it's closed, this opportunity will be gone.

That's why we are making a strong end-of-year push, because we'd love to welcome as many Flyover reader-owners as possible before the end of 2025.

An End-of-Year Bonus for Readers

To make that easier, we're extending our bonus shares through the New Year:

  • +10% End-of-Year Bonus Shares
  • +5% Reader Bonus Shares
15% total bonus shares, with additional bonuses available for larger investments

This bonus is available only while shares remain and is part of this year-end push.

What Early Investors Have Already Made Possible

Reader-owners have helped The Flyover truly take off in 2025:

  • Over $3.1 million invested
  • More than 2,100 investors
  • Reader growth from ~1.5M to 3.6M+ in one year
  • 73% year-over-year revenue growth
  • 88% year-over-year gross profit growth
  • Podcast launched from zero to nearly 500,000 monthly views and listens

That growth wasn't accidental. It came from readers stepping up and backing a different kind of media company.

Why This Matters

Legacy media is losing trust, audience, and relevance—doubling down on bias, spin, and click-driven outrage.

The Flyover is doing the opposite.

In 2025, we put legacy media on notice—by creating one of the fastest-growing fact-first, common-sense news sources in America for those who are tired of being lectured to and manipulated.

If you believe news should inform, not inflame...

If The Flyover has become part of your daily routine...

If you want to help build the alternative millions are looking for...

Today is your opportunity to become an owner before the end of the year and before this round closes next month.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed two arrests were made in the Columbus area last week after city leaders objected to increased immigration enforcement activity in the state capital.

"We have not asked for and do not need this unwelcome intervention," Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther said, adding that the city would not use its resources to aid federal law enforcement.

ICE said in a statement that Operation Buckeye targeted the "worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens" in the area.

On Friday, protesters gathered to blare loud music and bang drums outside an Embassy Suites hotel that was reportedly hosting federal officers.

Article Icon 1DeWine Signs Tax, Election Bills

Gov. Mike DeWine signed legislation to cap property tax increases, revise school districts' minimum tax rate calculations, and allow county budget commissions to reduce property tax levy millage.

DeWine said the measures would curb dramatic increases in real estate taxes. One bill would create a tax credit for residents who live in the homes they own.

The governor also "reluctantly" signed a bill eliminating the four-day grace period for absentee ballots to arrive at county boards of elections.

He said that he would normally veto that change to state election law, but a federal court ruled that a similar grace period in Mississippi violated federal law. That case is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

An 18-year-old Miami University finance student has become Ohio's youngest elected official and the state's first South Vietnamese-American elected official.

Ben Nguyen, a Republican, won a seat on the Lakota School Board in Butler County, just months after graduating from Lakota West High School.

"I'm going to deliver on my goals and really prove that Gen Z is here to stay," Nguyen said. "We're not just the future, we're the here and now. We want a seat at the table."

His term begins Jan. 1, and he's scheduled to attend his first school board meeting on Jan. 12.
