Most People Miss This

We want to be very straightforward with The Flyover readers.

In the final days of an investment round, almost everyone is paying attention—but very few people are still able to act.

Just days ago, we announced there are 10 days left to invest in The Flyover. Today, that window is even smaller.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, we are now in the final allocation phase of this round.

This is the part most people miss.

Not because they don't believe in the company.
Not because they don't support the mission.
But because they assume there will be more time.

There won't be.

Once the remaining shares are allocated, this round closes—regardless of the calendar.
No extensions.
No reopening.
No second chance.

What makes this moment different isn't persuasion—it's availability.

The Flyover is already what most media startups never become:

  • Profitable
  • Growing rapidly
  • Trusted by millions of readers and viewers
  • Built without corporate sponsorship or political donors

That part isn't theoretical. It's already true.

What is still optional—for a very short time—is whether you are an owner as the next phase of growth happens.

We are actively expanding:

  • Into more states
  • Into deeper audio and video
  • Into products like texting and The Flyover app
  • Into a larger, more durable media company built for the long term

Those plans are being funded right now.

The only remaining question is who is still able to participate before this round closes.

If you've been waiting for a clearer signal—this is it.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, this is the final allocation window.

Once they're gone, there are no more shares in this offering.

Gov. Mike DeWine declared a state of emergency on Saturday ahead of a weekend winter storm that dumped more than a foot of snow in parts of Ohio.

DeWine urged drivers to stay off the roads over the weekend as dozens of Ohio counties declared Level 3 snow emergencies, closing roads to all but emergency personnel.

By 11 a.m. on Sunday, 13 inches of snow had fallen at Dayton International Airport—surpassing the 24-hour snowfall record set during the 1978 blizzard.

Much of the state will remain under a winter storm warning through this morning. For the latest advisories, check the National Weather Service website.

Tens of thousands of anti-abortion advocates rallied in Washington for the 53rd annual March for Life on Friday, which included remarks from Ohio native Vice President JD Vance.

Speaking on the "barbarism" of how babies were treated in the ancient world, Vance said that today's anti-abortion movement would decide "whether we will remain a civilization under God or whether we ultimately return to the paganism that dominated the past."

More than 700 students, faculty, and alumni from Franciscan University of Steubenville joined the march, along with Columbus Catholic Bishop Earl Fernandes and students from several K-12 schools across Ohio.

Lakewood photographer David J. Schwartz will have his Route 66 images featured on U.S. Postal Service stamps marking the highway's 100th anniversary and the nation's 250th birthday.

Schwartz has made 42 trips along Route 66 over the past 22 years, inspired at first by the cover of (Get Your Kicks on) Route 66 by Bobby Troup.

Route 66 once stretched 2,400 miles from Chicago to Los Angeles. The 16 commemorative stamps will include Schwartz's photos from each of the eight states through which the road passes. You can see the stamps here.
