The Flyover Investment Round Is Closing

And the final date will be announced shortly.

We want The Flyover readers to hear this directly from us.

Our current investment round is closing this month. The final closing date will be announced in the next few days—and once it's closed, this opportunity will be gone.

If you've ever considered becoming an owner of The Flyover, this is an important moment:

You no longer have months to decide. You have days.

If You're on the Fence, Consider the Facts

This isn't an idea-stage media startup. It's a growing, profitable newsroom—built differently.

Over the past year:

  • Reader growth more than doubled

  • Revenue grew 73% year over year

  • Gross profit grew 88% year over year

  • The Flyover Podcast launched and scaled to nearly 1,000,000 monthly views/listens

  • More than 2,500 investors have already joined as owners

That growth didn't come from clickbait, outrage, or celebrity journalists. It came from something rare in modern media: facts, restraint, and respect for readers.

This Is the Final Push

Before this round closes, we're making one last invitation to The Flyover readers. Join a movement that is:

  • Rejecting clickbait sensationalism

  • Walking away from doom-scrolling and outrage cycles

  • Saying no to political agendas disguised as news

  • Refusing celebrity journalism that puts ego and agendas over truth

The Flyover is proving that a different model works—and that readers, not corporations, can own the newsroom.

A Personal Ask

If you believe America deserves a better way to consume the news…
If you value facts over spin and reporting over opinion…
If you're ready to support a media company doing it the right way…

This is your opportunity to step forward. Only days remain.

Article Icon 1Celina ISD Head Coach Resigns Following Probe

Celina ISD board members released a statement Tuesday to share the findings of an investigation into whether administrators were aware of prior wrongdoing by a former middle school coach accused of filming boys in the locker room: "There was no evidence that Caleb Elliott should not have been hired due to any alleged misconduct."

Yesterday, the suspect's father, Bill Elliott, resigned as Celina ISD's athletic director and head football coach, saying he was "deeply grateful" for his 33-year career with the district.

Several parents demanded accountability at a meeting on Monday, saying their children "can't go into that locker room" anymore.

According to the statement, district officials have not received any evidence to corroborate allegations from multiple lawsuits that the younger Elliott had a sexual relationship with a student at Celina High School before he got a job at Moore Middle School.

Elliott faces dozens of state and federal charges, including sexual performance of a child and producing child pornography.

Article Icon 1Residents Try to Stop Proposed Data Centers

Residents in several Central Texas towns are trying to stop the development of proposed data centers in their communities.

In San Marcos, the city's Planning and Zoning Commission met Tuesday to consider a request to rezone a 200-acre property for a data center that was previously rejected. "I don't know how we can make it any more obvious that we don't want this request approved," said Abigail Lindsey during the packed meeting.

Nearly 200 Leon County residents attended a Tuesday night town hall to discuss a $15 billion data center proposed by Belltown Power. A resident said it would "destroy our poultry business," while county judge Byron Ryder said, "We're not going to do the tax abatement, so that might discourage it right there."

During a Tuesday night city council meeting in Ross, residents lamented their inability to provide input on the development of a $10 billion data center on 520 acres of farmland that isn't within city limits. Annexing the site would require Waco's permission, as it's within their extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Earlier that evening, Lacy Lakeview's city council approved the annexation of a plot of land for the same data center, despite opposition from residents. "Neighborhoods are for people. They're not for data centers," said Carla Garcia.

Article Icon 1Hood County Renames Road for Charlie Kirk

The Hood County Commissioners Court designated a two-lane road south of Granbury as the Charlie Kirk Memorial Parkway in honor of the late Turning Point USA founder. A formal dedication ceremony has been scheduled for Feb. 21.

The Tuesday proclamation praises Kirk as "a steadfast voice for moral clarity and truth in public discourse" who "inspired countless individuals to stand firm in their beliefs and uphold the foundational values of our republic."

Towns in California and Florida have also renamed roads in Kirk's honor. While petitions to do so have been proposed in other parts of Texas, none have been officially approved. State Rep. Jeff Leach (R-Plano) has pledged to file legislation next session to erect a statue of Kirk on the grounds of the Texas Capitol.

Hood County Democratic Party Chair Adrienne Martin criticized the designation as a "publicity stunt," saying residents are concerned about "incoming data centers, infrastructure needs, and the cost of living."

A "Roaring 20's" Crash Signal is Back, But Much Worse

The Roaring 1920s defined an era of excess that led directly to the Great Depression. Halfway through the 2020s, the warning signs from 100 years ago are frighteningly similar to today.

Look at the parallels:

  • Valuations: In 1929, the Shiller P/E ratio (a key measure of stock valuation) peaked near 30. Today, it hovers close to 40—creating phantom wealth that exists only on paper.
  • Margin Debt: Money borrowed to risk on speculation in the markets has surged to a record $1.18 trillion. When markets dip, decades of contributions to a 401(k), IRA, or pension can be wiped out in minutes.
  • The Wealth Gap: In 1929, the top 0.1% controlled 25% of the nation's wealth. Today, economists at Saez & Zucman confirm inequality has returned to similar extremes. Extreme inequality breaks an economy dependent on consumer spending.

AI trading algorithms at the major institutions analyze danger and can sell-off at any moment of weakness, which could send us straight into 'The Greater Depression'.

Wise investors know this and are diversifying into hard assets to prepare for history repeating itself.
