Action Network examined more than 3,000 U.S. towns and scored them using four main factors in its Hallmark Likelihood Index: population size, small business density, historic places per 1,000 residents, and December snowfall. Dublin is known for its walkable downtown and local businesses, and the city offers Christmas attractions such as dining in an igloo at VASO Rooftop Lounge and outdoor ice skating at the Riverside Crossing Park Ice Rink.
