The Biggest Question of 2025.......And 4-Days left to Answer It

Just a few months ago, we set out on a mission: to invite a small, exclusive group of Flyover readers to become Flyover owners. Next month, this opportunity will close — and I hope you'll consider joining us before it closes for good.

But here's the deal: we only have four days left in 2025, and I'm asking you to consider investing before year's end.

Four days from now, the year ends.
Next month, this investment round closes.
And once it's closed, this opportunity is gone.

If you've been watching from the sidelines, this is the moment to step in and help us finish 2025 strong — and position yourself alongside a media company that's growing while legacy media continues to shrink.

You Have Questions. We Have Answers.

One of the most common — and important — questions we receive is simple and fair:

How do I get a return on my investment?

We believe in being direct. All investments carry risk — but here's what makes The Flyover different:

We became profitable after just two years, with strong margins and disciplined growth, placing us among the top tier of media startups in the country.

There are three primary ways Flyover investors could ultimately see returns:

1. A Sale
A larger media company or strategic partner could acquire The Flyover. If that day comes, we'll only partner with organizations that respect our mission and our readers.

2. A Public Listing
While we're private today, a future public listing could allow investors to buy and sell shares freely.

3. Profit Distributions (Dividends)
Unlike most startups, we're already generating profit. That makes future distributions a real possibility as the business continues to scale.

To recap:
1. Sale. 2. Listing. 3. Distributions.

The Final Push of 2025

We're in a 4-day sprint to close out the year, with our funding round scheduled to close next month. Shares are limited, and once this round is filled, no additional investments will be accepted.

If you've been considering investing — whether to support the mission of fact-based journalism, to own a piece of a growing media company, or to position yourself for potential returns — this is your moment.

Will you help us finish 2025 strong?

Join us as an owner before the year — and this round — comes to a close.

P.S. A 15% bonus share opportunity is still available during this end-of-year sprint — and once it's gone, it's gone.

America's State Parks will host guided First Day Hikes on Jan. 1, encouraging people nationwide to kick off the new year—and the nation's semiquincentennial—with outdoor activities like hiking, snowshoeing, or even swimming in state parks.

In North Carolina, you can take a First Day Hike at participating parks like Chimney Rock State Park, Jordan Lake State Recreation Area, Lake Norman State Park, Carolina Beach State Park, Gorges State Park, and others. Access a tool that allows you to filter parks by First Day Hikes here.

If you'd rather bike than hike, try one of these trails in the Raleigh or Charlotte area, or do some beach biking on one of these coastal routes. Experienced mountain bikers can choose from plenty of trail options across Western North Carolina.

The Flyover

I managed to get rid of my dark spots and ugly eye bags in weeks!

Just when I had almost given up and made peace with the thought that I'd have to cake my face in makeup for the rest of my life, I was lucky enough to find out about this skin-smoothing probiotic that promised to fix all of that.

As skeptical as I might be, I said to give it a tryafter all, I had nothing to lose.

All I had to do was apply three drops of this probiotic under my eyes and go to sleep.

The next morning, I definitely noticed a new glow under my eyes. And the more I used this trick, the better my skin got!

In just a few short weeks, all my dark spots were gone, my dark circles were erased, and my wrinkles and fine lines completely disappeared.

Watch the short video here that explains everything:
