He has made a name for himself at a young age playing for duke university as the starting point guard at 18 years old. He broke his figure 11 games into the season and still went top 10 in the NBA draft. He quickly made himself a house hold name while playing on teams like the cavs, celtics and mavs. The accolades show how he is such a dominant figure in the NBA. He soon rose up in fame for his certain opinions on world issues. Some view as anti semetic others view it as brave. With Kyrie speaking his mind on issues it is safe to say the social media presence of kyrie was definitely felt through out the world.
Countless news articles reported on him and they even suspended his account at one point. This would all add to kyries reputation as a basketball player and person.
Social media presence overview
Instagram
Kyrie has about 19.6 million followers on his instagram and also has more people following everyday. Kyrie does not like the media outlets too much just because they portray as a negative figure due to him leaving teams and speaking his mind. He does post every couple weeks though. Some post are about his personal life and most of his post contain content about peace and energy. The post are mainly positive and directed towards making your self a better person. He also has the marketing aspect as well where he makes post about his signature shoe.

Kyrie has about 4.7 million followers on twitter. So he has a little less on this platform than on twitter. The tweets of kyrie are not basketball related at all. They mostly consist of him tweeting what is on his mind and also the systematic issues people of color have to face and have been facing since indingeous times. It seems to me as if he has more of a connection with people on twitter. You can see him reposting and retweeting certain matters and responding to fans.

On Kyries page it is no different from his other pages. It is still his occasional shoe marketing and wisdom he is posting to his pages. He also connects with fans more on facebook to liking comments and things of that nature. He does post a little bit of his kids and family. He does post once a month on his facebook as well I noticed. So he has the same consistency on his other pages as well. I will provide a link for this below. Facebook is still not his main platform though.

Now here you will Kyries TikTok is more so only basketball related. The post consist of his highlights and accolades. You can see the teams he played and how many points he scores. The videos display his play style. He has a lot less followers on here than anything else. He has about 2 million followers on tiktok. I believe this is due to his account being less controversial since it is only basketball. This proves people like to follow him for the controversy.
The type of digital foot print kyrie has left behind is footprint not everyone can leave. So many things come up on kyrie that it is hard to keep track. It goes anywhere from him being traded to different teams from him speaking on how the people of color in our country are not treated equally. The foot print kyrie has on him is very huge and hard to beat. One of the main things that caught my eye was when he was talking about kanye and what he said about jewish people and kyrie had a response to that and that was the ultimate thing that broke the internet. Nike immediately dropped kyrie.
CONCLUSION
Overall kyrie is a very controversial player and alot of people question his ways and him as a person. He will always remain one of the most prolific scorers in NBA basketball. But he also remain one of the most remembered in his way of thinking.
