Dallas with Dak Prescott on QB duties unstoppable against hapless Atlanta. After missing much of last season with a serious injury, Dak was in the ZONE throwing 296 yards WITH A PASS COMPLETION rate of 77%. He added two TD passes and a TD for himself for good measure.Every single Cowboy was on song in this one including the defense which shut out the Falcons in the last three quarters. The 6-2 Dallas didn't take long to breach the woeful Falcons defense. Seconds into the match , WIDE RECEIVER Lamb catching from Prescott with the Safety looking as though he wanted to hug CeeDee than cutting off the ball. Falcons got their only three points on the board after an impressive catch by Gage 3rd down and 7 at 7-0 Cowboys setting up the kick for Koo. Matt Ryan the Atlanta QB had a game to forget, intercepted twice and poor figures of 117 yards and completion rate of 43%.

Check out the interception by the switched on Lewis at 7-3 3rd down and 7 with 4:12 on the clock.. The second quarter was the Cowboy show. But first the Prescott show wasn't done yet. 7-3 15 seconds of the first to go, Prescott to Lamb again, what a catch from CeeDee. It wasn't all doom and gloom for Atlanta, the only shining light was the effort of Defensive tackle Foyesade Oluokun with 6 tackles and 8 assists. 4 TDs for Dallas in the second quarter the best of the lot from Lamb again losing Falcons' Avery Williams at the corner of the EZ for another easy one. We knew the Falcons were not the best team in the NFL but they weren't the worst either with a record of 4-4 going into this one better than seven other NFL teams but this collapse took the cake. Just look at Ryan getting sacked by Micah Parsons(6 tackles for the match) at 28-3 1:06. Matt finally put out of his misery replaced by Josh Rosen later on. But before the half ended Punter Justin Colquitt joining the stink brigade, closed down by Dorance Armstrong for the fourth TD of the quarter in the last seconds thereof.

Dallas would add one more TD in the third quarter before sensible easing up a bit for an uneventful last quarter in which they were no scoring. What a performance from Dallas who lead the NFC East off the Eagles who are 4-6 and you have to be a brave man to bet against them making the playoffs automatically. Falcons prop up the NFC South with a 4-5 record which includes Bucs(1), Saints(2), Panthers(3).
