"I can always pick this little kid up and slam him through the concrete so hard that he will be invalid for the rest of his life."

UFC 'BMF' champion Jorge Masvidal was rumored to be Jake Paul's next opponent but, for now, 'Gamebred' is happy to continue fighting the 'world's best fighters' under the UFC banner.

Still, that's not to say that Masvidal won't rule out a potential boxing match with Paul down the line or the fact that he could make the YouTube star 'invalid for the rest of his life' by stomping him in a street fight.

"He knows at the end of the day, on a face-to-face, he can't say any of that," Masvidal, who will take on Leon Edwards at UFC 269, told Ariel Helwani during a recent appearance on The MMA Hour (h/t Mirror.co.uk). "Unless he has his 50 bodyguards and I'm by myself. Because at the end of the day I can always pick this little kid up and slam him through the concrete so hard that he will be invalid for the rest of his life."

"Right now, where I'm at in my career, I'm gonna fight the world's best fighters in the world," he added. "We can both agree that they're in the f****** UFC. In 170 pounds there's a lot of good guys and I could f****** beat them. Those other options will always be there. But right now while I'm in my prime, I gotta do things that people in their prime do and that's fight the world's best. He's not in that conversation or ever will be."

Masvidal, 36, is looking to rebound from his devastating KO loss to Kamaru Usman in their welterweight title bout at UFC 261. The No. 6-ranked welterweight will take on Britain's Leon Edwards at the upcoming UFC 269 pay-per-view on Dec. 11 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
