I don't know whether this was a good or a bad afternoon's work for Roglic. He conceded the stage to Colombia's Miguel Lopez but at the same time he put some extra 14 seconds between himself and second placed Enric Mas in the GC. Mas himself saw his lead over third placed Lopez trimmed. Cloudy conditions prevailed atop the final climb , reducing visibility making things a little tricky. Interestingly the bikes had no lights fixed on them . One has to assume it was a surprise weather phenomenon , the team cars and the motorcycle escorts being used for the lights. Now watch with 3.9km to go. Even the visibility on my screen is poor and I have the benefit of light adjustment, so you can imagine for the riders. If it wasn't for the fan in red creating a barrier I shudder to think. Also there was a brave attack on 60km by Aussie Mike Storer to add some mountain points on his board. Check out his moves on the tricky downhill. The road was narrow but he maintained his speed with skill. Now watch with 3.9km of the race to go.
