This was insane if you are or were a wrestling fan at some point.
CM Punk got over in the WWE on his own and every step of his journey the company he worked for made it very hard for him.
So I am glad he did go to AEW but as long as he is happy, I just think that the WWE does not deserve him.

But will AEW succeed where the WWE fails, but as crazy as this sounds to people.
WWE in their minds are not a wrestling company, but they are a sports entertainment company.
Wrestling to me has always been about the hold, slams and suplexes and just how they work a match.
Like a wrestler focusing on a specific body part and then preforming a submission hold on the body part.
And what happens in the ring also needs to make sense.

I'll explain why I turned AEW off when it first launched, there is the move called The Canadian Destroyer.
It is a flip piledriver which you should google to understand what it means.
But your opponent is dropped straight on his head with a lot of momentum behind it.
That same move was preformed from the top rope and send another wrestler through a table, and he kicked out at 2!
How is that possible? I can understand if that guy was booked as a monster, but still.
That should have been the finish to the match.

And I do not want to see an AEW that keeps going in that direction.
The 90s went too far sometimes with the Hardcore stuff, but now it keeps going too far with these High-Flyers.
When Jeff Hardy and RobVanDam faced each other, the High Flying stuff never went too far.
They need to look at the 90s and early 2000s because that is when wrestling was at its peak.
And in my opinion, the reason for it was because they tried to make it as real as possible.
When Goldberg was in his prime, everybody believed in him because he could lift and toss around everybody.

If you look at him now, can you really believe Goldberg to be an unstoppable monster?
Brock Lesnar will always keep that because he is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion.
That only thing that will hurt him is if the WWE makes him look weak.
What do you guys and girls think about this? Am I wrong, or do you agree?
I am going to sign up for fite.tv to what AEW has in store for me.
Maybe I like every bit of it, or I could end hating it, who knows?
